The client is an experienced US Amazon seller focusing on 0-2 year old baby goods with mature online stores and stable customer traffic. However, supply chain compliance loopholes once brought severe business risks. The client’s former manufacturer only focused on production and ignored US baby product compliance rules. Their baby rompers, bow decorations and infant socks had missing permanent labels, incorrect information marking and insufficient tensile strength of small parts, violating US CPSIA safety regulations. Several core listings were forcibly removed after platform inspection. Massive inventory was unsellable, store authority dropped and the account faced traffic restriction or suspension.

The client urgently searched for a factory with full compliance service capability. They required full modification of product craftsmanship and labels, complete CPC compliance documents and real photos for platform review to restore store operation. For this compliance crisis, we designed a one-stop rectification plan covering product details, safety testing and document filing. In strict accordance with US CPC certification standards, we redesigned durable permanent care labels with complete information including origin, manufacturer, safety warnings and size specs to ensure labels stay firmly attached. We strengthened tensile testing for small decorations such as bows and decorative buttons to eliminate choking hazards for infants caused by falling parts. Meanwhile, all products were tested by authorized institutions. We compiled full review materials including CPC certificates, fabric safety reports and compliant product photos and assisted the client throughout Amazon review communication.

Revised products fully meet US import and sales standards. All suspended listings were successfully restored, backlog inventory was cleared rapidly and store authority recovered gradually. After this project, the client handed over all new product R&D, manufacturing and compliance audit work to us and built a long-term exclusive compliant supply chain system.
