Safety, craftsmanship and stability are core foundations for baby apparel brands. To optimize product quality, cut defect rates and improve client satisfaction upon delivery, our factory revised finished goods inspection workflows and built a multi-stage full inspection system, forming a closed-loop QC mechanism covering the whole production process. Different from traditional final sampling inspection, our upgraded QC combines in-process sampling, segmented full inspection and pre-warehousing recheck. Quality checks are moved forward to catch defects during production.
After garment sewing, inspectors conduct full visual checks to find fabric defects, broken stitches, stains and color difference. Trimming loose threads and refining edges are also completed at this stage. Dimensional sampling follows, verifying key measurements such as body length, chest circumference and sleeve length against standards to ensure consistent sizing across batches. Focusing on baby safety requirements, we run tension tests for accessories and wash fastness tests to stop buttons, bows and fabric ornaments from falling off or loosening. After inspection, QC staff record test data and rectification records, keeping complete files for traceability.
The comprehensive finished-goods control reduces defective outflow and stabilizes bulk production quality. It reliably guarantees delivery quality for cross-border orders. With high-standard QC systems, we serve global buyers and continuously enhance market competitiveness and customer trust.
