To boost the production standardization and product quality of baby clothing and satisfy high-precision requirements from overseas cross-border buyers, our factory has completed a full upgrade of the intelligent cutting line in the baby workshop. This line produces newborn rompers, kids’ loungewear, cotton socks, bibs and other baby garments and accessories. Compared with traditional manual cutting, the new intelligent cutting machine features automatic layout, intelligent cutting and precise positioning. It optimizes fabric layout automatically based on fabric width and patterns, cutting fabric waste and solving common manual-cutting issues including size deviation, uneven edges and high material loss.

For soft, stretchable Class A baby cotton and gauze fabrics, our technical team adjusted cutting speed and pressure specially. This avoids fabric stretching and fiber damage while keeping the soft, skin-friendly texture intact. After the upgrade, sample-making efficiency rises by over 40%. Mass production achieves much better consistency in size and pattern, removing batch color difference and dimension discrepancies. The intelligent line supports flexible manufacturing and fast style switching. It perfectly handles small-batch, multi-style and highly customized orders from cross-border sellers.
