Global safety regulations for baby products keep getting stricter. Overseas markets impose higher standards on safety, environmental protection and traceability of imported baby clothes. To comply with REACH, CPC and other authoritative rules in Europe, America and Southeast Asia and avoid foreign trade compliance risks, our factory upgraded the fabric QC system and established comprehensive physical and chemical testing procedures for incoming fabrics, building a safety barrier from the source.
All pure cotton grey fabrics, gauze and auxiliary fabrics must pass full tests in our QC lab before warehousing. Key test items include formaldehyde, heavy metal residues, color fastness, pH value and odor. Fabrics can only be stored after passing all indicators. Any unqualified fabric will be rejected directly to prevent risky materials from entering production. We maintain batch traceability ledgers and follow the rule “one batch, one inspection, one file”. Each fabric batch records sourcing, test reports, warehousing time, production use and outbound data, enabling full traceability from fabric procurement to finished goods deliver
